Where This Comes From
I have spent years inside online businesses watching the same problem repeat itself in different forms. Founders who are genuinely capable, genuinely committed, genuinely impactful — running businesses that feel far harder than they should.
Not because the founders are doing something wrong. Because nobody ever helped them see the operational picture clearly enough to fix it.
That gap — between what a founder is capable of and what their systems are currently reflecting back — is what I exist to close.
Why Barriers Are Not Abstract to Me
I grew up with Cerebral Palsy. What that gave me — alongside everything else — was a very specific way of seeing the world. Barriers are not abstract to me. Designing around them is not a business concept I learned in a course. It is something I have done every single day of my life.
When I work inside a founder's business, I bring that same lens. Where is the barrier? What is making this harder than it needs to be? What does the system need to look like so the human inside it can actually do what they are capable of?
SoCretia the business and SoCapable the framework were both built from that place.
How I Actually Work
I am direct. I do not sugarcoat, and I do not fluff things up. If something is not working in your business I will tell you — and I will tell you why, and what to do about it.
I work in your tools if that is truly your preference. But if there is a better way, I will tell you that too. I build for the way your business actually operates, not for an idealized version that does not match your reality.
I anticipate needs before my clients realize them. I ask the questions that prove I understand the context before a single hour of work begins. Depth shows up in the first conversation.
No bro marketing. No income inflation. No false scarcity. No pressure. Just strategy that makes sense and systems that actually work.
